A scheduling coordinator's job is to call potential customers who expressed interest in our product/company online or at home shows/festivals. During the call, the scheduling coordinator will set an appointment with the potential customer for one of our sales representative to go out to the customers home and do a free inspection of their gutters along with give them a free quote for our services.
